TENMOKU ATELIER Guides
Choose your Tenmoku piece
Start with daily tea, Gongfu tea, matcha, display, collecting, or gifting. Then compare capacity, rim shape, glaze movement, and hand feel.
What makes each piece different
Jianzhan Tenmoku surfaces are formed through high firing and iron-rich glaze chemistry. Natural variation is part of the character, so no two pieces will be visually identical.
Care notes
Rinse by hand with warm water, avoid abrasive cleaners, and let the piece dry fully before storing.
